We remodeled this backyard with a custom pool,spa, and ADU that serves as a poolhouse. The clients were in process of pulling a permit for a 350 sq ft second story addition and also wanted a pool and spa. We recommended building a 350 sq ft ADU with an outdoor bathroom and shower which would save them money and be less intrusive to their living area. We also built an island for the existing BBQ for more entertaining areas. Due to the large sliding glass door on the ADU and the lack of light coming into the home facing the pool and ADU, we replaced french doors with new larger sliding glass doors.
