NGC is honored to accept multiple awards for our multi-family entries! Dozens of industry professionals attended ABC Cornhusker’s 25th Annual Chapter Awards Banquet in Omaha, November 3, 2021 at the Omaha Design Center. NGC’s project teams for Telegraph Lofts East and Latitude 41 received Excellence in Construction awards for their commercial categories. Telegraph Lofts East competed in the Commercial Mixed-Use $10-$25M category, and Latitude 41 competed in the Residential Multi-Family Living Community $100M category. NGC also received a safety STEP certificate for Diamond Level and Safety Award 2021 for Telegraph Lofts East.

Congratulations Again! NGC accepted AGC’s Build Nebraska’s Honorable Mention $20-$50M Project Award for Telegraph Lofts East at AGC’s Fall Social Dinner event. Eric Neff represented his entire project team and was presented the plaque on November 4, 2021 at the Nebraska Innovation Campus convention hall amidst a wealth of construction industry peers. Eric was the Senior Project Manager for Lofts East, a multi-family, mixed-use residential+commercial building located at 21st and N Streets. This 4-story apartment-office building is part of the in-progress urban neighborhood called The Telegraph District. NGC is currently constructing Telegraph Lofts West, a twin-sister-development to Lofts East that also will contribute as a reinvigoration to Eastern Lincoln’s Antelope Valley. This newly updated multi-block area surrounded by the creek, trails, retail shops, activities and cycling routes will soon finish in its entirety to become an attractive, vibrant, desirable, buzzing hub!
