Site Visit
We begin with an assessment of your existing property where you’d like your Nova Vista ADU. We’ll review your location for feasibility and zoning, evaluate any prep work needed for utilities and logistics, and create a detailed estimate.
Finalize Selections & Design
Once your agreement is signed, we’ll help you bring your design vision to life. We offer layout selection and finish packages for every style and preference — like a luxury bathroom or flex kitchen perfect for indoor/outdoor entertaining. We provide guidance as needed to help you create the perfect space.
Submit Permit
Our experts will manage the permitting process for you to keep your project moving forward. We’re familiar with the process and have experience permitting projects across central Maryland and northern Virginia, making jurisdictional approvals quick and easy.
Site Prep
We’ll identify and coordinate any site work needed before your ADU construction begins, which includes installing a foundation, planning for utility lines, or grading and leveling your yard. This allows construction to begin efficiently.
Construction
We’ll manage the construction process as your Nova Vista ADU is installed. From breaking ground to handing you the keys, we’ll coordinate crews on-site and ensure the project is on track.
